The Swiss Open took place last weekend in Uster. Going into the tournament as the top seed I was able to get a good 3/0 win in my first round.
After that I played my team and trainings friend Louai Hafez. It wasn't my best match but after losing the first game I was able to play better and win 3/1 in the end.
The semifinal was against Miguel Mathis. I was able to put on a strong performance and win the match 3/0.
On the saturday I had to play Robin Gadola. Our last Match went in favor for him. So my motivation was quite high to win this time again. After losing the first game 12/10, I changed some tactical things and took the second game 11/7. After that it was mentally and physically really hard. Even more happy to push through that situation and be able to win the last two games 11/9.
Really happy to win the Swiss Open for the first time.
