Swiss Open & Czech Open 2022

in the last two weeks I had two PSA tournaments. The Swiss Open was held in Uster, just like last year. I went into the tournament as number one and tried to get this title as well. Until the quarter-finals, I could win my matches well with 3/0. In the quarter-finals, I played Robin Gadola from Switzerland, whom I could beat with a tough 3/1. The next day, I played the semi-finals against Marek Panacek from Czechs. I could win the first set clearly. But unfortunately, he could win the next one clearly. The third set was again not a good one for me, since I lost it with an 8/3 lead. In the fourth set, things did not improve and I lost 3/2. Unfortunately, it was not a good match for me, but I had to learn from it.

The following week, I just managed to enter the Czech Open and played at short notice in Brno. In the first round, I already played the strong Englishman Curtis Malik and was already defeated 3/0. So, it was a very short tournament for me.

Unfortunately, the results were not what I had hoped for, but I have to learn from these things and continue to work hard.
